The delivery time may differ depending on the location.
When shipping to countries within the European Union, USA, the buyer may be subject to extra fees such as import duties and custom charges. These fees are imposed at the point of entry and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Kindly take note that our products are created using natural materials. As such, it is the responsibility of the buyer to verify any import restrictions that may apply in the destination country for delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Our team follows a 4-day work schedule from Monday to Thursday and all orders are shipped during these days. Our goal is to send out all Canziz.com orders within 2 business days after making the order, though there may be some delay during peak times. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped, and the shipment confirmation email will include the necessary tracking information if this option was chosen. Our customer service team is available to assist with any questions you may have.
