Returns & Refunds Policy
Because goods are made to your specification and sampled before production, standard consumer returns do not apply. The following covers claims for trade orders.
Sample approval
You approve a physical sample before bulk production. This is your opportunity to confirm colour, size and finish.
Damage in transit
Inspect on arrival and report transit damage with photos within 7 days. Covered items are remade or credited.
Non-conformity
If a shipment materially differs from the approved sample, we work with the workshop to remake, replace or credit the affected goods.
Not covered
Natural variation inherent to handmade craft, and changes of mind after sample approval, are not grounds for return.
