Samples let you confirm quality before committing to a production run — we strongly recommend them on every first order.
Ordering samples
Most products are available as samples below MOQ. Tiles ship as small reference panels; fashion and homeware as single units.
Lead time & cost
Sampling averages around two weeks. Sample and shipping costs are quoted upfront and are often credited against a subsequent bulk order.
Approval
Production begins only after you sign off the sample. We retain a sealed reference sample for dye-lot matching on large runs.
