Canziz operates as a trade and wholesale platform connecting business buyers directly with Moroccan artisans. By requesting a quote or placing an order you agree to the terms below. This is placeholder copy for the design — replace with terms reviewed by your legal counsel.
1. Trade-only orders
Products are sold on a business-to-business basis in line with each item's minimum order quantity (MOQ). Indicative pricing shown on the site becomes firm only once a written quote is issued against your specification.
2. Quotes & orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed on receipt of your written approval and any agreed deposit. Sample approval is required before bulk production begins.
3. Handmade variation
All goods are made by hand. Reasonable variation in colour, size and finish is inherent to authentic craft and is not a defect. Dye-lots are matched across batches where applicable.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are quoted in the currency stated and exclude destination duties and taxes. Payment terms (deposit, balance, or net terms for approved accounts) are set in your quote.
5. Lead times
Lead times are estimated from sample approval and confirmed per order. We notify you promptly of any material change.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
