Information on Returns

 Our customer service is of top quality and we are pleased to receive returns within 1 days from the date of delivery, as long as the returned item is in its original and unused state, with all tags still intact and in its original packaging.

 In case the product is not returned to us in a condition that is suitable for resale, we retain the right to reject a refund or reduce the refund amount by 25% of the initial selling price. It is essential to use appropriate packaging to ensure the safety of the package during transportation.

 Upon receipt of the return, a complete refund will be issued, with the exception of the initial delivery fee. The original delivery fees are not eligible for a refund.

 The customer is accountable for covering the expenses of returning the item.

 To return oversized products such as large baskets, pouffes, cacti made of halfah grass, rugs, and handira or Moroccan wedding blankets, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

 Processing returns may take approximately 14 days from the date we receive them. After conducting the required checks, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The timing of the funds appearing on your bank statement may vary depending on your card issuer.

For our customers in the rest of the world (ROW)

 Kindly ensure that when you send back your items to us, your package explicitly declares that it is a product you do not wish to keep and that the necessary duty has already been settled. This will guarantee that your returned goods will not be retained by your country customs, which could potentially cause delays in the reimbursement process.

 The responsibility of covering the cost of return postage lies with the customer.

Important Notice

 We regret to inform that we are unable to process returns for same products like earrings due to hygiene purposes, unless they are found to be defective.

 Returns are not permitted for discounted slight seconds products, which include Moroccan babouche slippers.

 The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage for oversized items such as large baskets, stuffed pouffes, rugs, and Moroccan wedding blankets/handira.

 Unfortunately, exchanges are not available at this time. If you desire a different color or size, kindly return the initial order for a complete reimbursement. Afterwards, you can proceed to place a new order online for the desired item. Due to the fact that our products are meticulously handcrafted in limited quantities, inventory levels are subject to daily fluctuations and high-demand items tend to sell out quickly. Requesting a refund and then making a new purchase is the most effective method to ensure the availability of the desired item in stock.

Defective Items

 Every item from Canziz.com is carefully crafted by skilled artisans from different parts of the world. As our products are handmade, there may be minor defects or imperfections, which we view as unique characteristics of the production process that enhance the beauty and distinctiveness of each item. However, there may be rare cases of manufacturing errors. If you have received a faulty item or if it is not what you ordered, we are happy to provide a full refund upon receiving and examining the returned goods. Please inform us in writing within 2 working days if you believe the item you received is defective.

Order Cancellations

 If you decide to cancel your order, please notify us at your earliest convenience. If your order has not yet been start to make our artisans, we can´t cancel the order.

Loss or Damage during Shipment

 We are not liable for any items that are lost or damaged during shipment. It is highly recommended that you obtain a proof of postage certificate (which is free at your local post office) when returning any item.
